Linda Estrella Ikeda is an Asian American fine arts and digital artist. She lives in Long Beach, California with her husband and one Siamese white and brown cat named Pickle. Linda says she has at least 3 acts of her life. 

First, she opted to be an RN due to a shorter period of time for college graduate completion. 

Linda Ikeda’s 3 acts of her life are: 1) In the early 1990's, Oncology Nursing which her father said would be good for her to make money to support herself. 2) Her life as a Graphic Designer and Commercial Photographer which made her also earn a good decent living to support her art work. 3) Linda was also a Culinary Pastry Artist which also she enjoyed working on specialty desserts which are vegan and gluten free. Linda is vegan. 4) Fine Art and Digital Artist seem to be what she has been wanting to do. Thanks to her husband, James Hickey who supports her love for fine art and digital and fine art photography as well as painting. 5) Linda Estrella Ikeda has been diagnosed with Lupus about 30 years ago when she was in her 20's!

She has to balance her life as an artist and as a person afflicted with this immune disorder that seems to be causing more a part of her life now . it is a balancing act that she has gotten used to. This is WHY she has lived for the last 30 years. Thank you for her husband who helped her live and work on her art. Linda’s work has been not only therapeutic but this is what she has wanted to do since she was about 7 years old! Because of her Immune disorder of Lupus, Linda has learned in the past 30 years to try to live useful and not a burden to family and the community!

Enjoy her work which keeps her alive and allows her to keep her Art going and companion in her life’s journey. 

She is happy when she is able to use the modern digital technology to create her art. She would love for every person who sees her work to join her as if the path is also a way to keep life together and breathe easier! 

Thank you to any one who has and is traveling with her the path of her different ways to experience life! The journey is relaxing at times despite of the OBSTACLES between her art work and LIFE  as well as a PARTIAL survivor of Lead Poisoning! It is never a complete ESCAPE from this

environmental disease! LEAD POISONING has many post disease or post health issues from this LEAD POISONING!  Those commercial buildings constructed before 1975 were and ARE potential hazards to any ONE!! Linda learned the HARD lessons from personally been afflicted with LEAD POISONING! Thank you for reading.
